Residence Bologna is located in a historic building functionalist work of Kafka.

It was completely renovated and is located in the center of Old Town location 150 meters from famous Charles Bridge. All apartments have parquet floor, stucco ceilings, are furnished with antiques and equipped with kitchenette, satellite TV, telephone, safe. The bathrooms are marble with shower or Jacuzzi, bidet and hairdryer. We are trying to make you feel like at home and at the same time we offer the same comfort of a 3-star hotel with daily rehabilitation and rich breakfast room.

Studio - Suitable up to 2 people. It consists of a twin or double bed, a kitchenette and bathroom with shower.

One bedroom apartment - Suitable up to three people. There is double bedroom and a third person can sleep in separate room where kitchenette is. In the apartment there is bathroom with shower or bath.

Two bedroom apartment - Suitable up to four people with possibility of 2 extra beds. This apartment has two double rooms and each room has two beds. Each apartment has a bathroom with shower or bath.

The reception is open 24 hours and in our Italian restaurant you can enjoy the menu based of meat and fish (seafood). There is a guarded garage and free Wi-Fi throughout the residence.

When arrived at 17:30 our room was not ready, they were still cleaning.
And, we were booked into a wing with a student group from Italy and the noise did not subside till 4:00. When we complained in the morning we were told nothing they could do. We again complained to new staff in the afternoon at about 16:00 our room was changed and much better.
Should have been done earlier and should never have been booked in a wing full of students

Total rating of 90 AFTER we were moved. Without move we would have changed hotels
