Absolutely a lovely place to stay. Rooms were clean and had a homey atmosphere. Location was fantastic, so close to the Charles Bridge and other sights. The cost of the room and breakfast was a great value. The staff members were accomodating, friendly and very helpful. We feel as though we were able to experience a delightful Czech hotel.

The Hotel is in a wonderful position for visiting Praga. The room very confortable and the boys at the reception really nice and kind. The breakfast is ok.

Stayed here 3 years ago it was great, now it's changed hands and it's a little off. Bedroom not made up 2 days of our 5,breakfast hit and miss.The food in restaurant dodgy cheap but charged for something we did not have, the cocktails in the havana bar were great though !!

This is a lovely quiet hotel, within 1 minute of the Charles Bridge. Central location to virtually all sights the hotel is ideally situated.

Lovely hotel, huge well decorated room. Friendly staff who were very helpful. Perfect location and in walking distance of any of the main Prague attractions.
Would recommend highly to anyone visiting Prague.

Very nice hotel, clean, exceptional situation and with a cool staff.
Concerning the transfer Service : Jan Seda is a very sympathetical guy !Unsere Antwort: Hotel normally accepts credit cards and is sorry for the temporary indisposition of their acceptance.

- Wonderful Hotel. Location perfect. seconds from Charles Bridge. Very romantic.
- Staff very helpful but unobtrusive.
- Beautiful room with one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in would definately recommend.

- a small minus but sat tv is only czech or german. even 1 English speaking or music chaneel would have been nice.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Laundry service was overly expensive, not a good value.

- Excellent, comfortable bed. We slept very well, better than in Vienna at a more expensive hotel.

- Top floor - quiet, but lots of steps!
- Hand rail at very top needs to be raised slightly - hazardous!
- Motion sensor stair lighting can leave you in the dark momentarily
