A truly enjoyable experience in every way. Staff was extremely accommodating in finding two beautiful rooms nearby each other and in a quiet section of the hotel. Also very helpful in booking tables, etc.

This was my second visit to the Grand Praha and it will not be my last.

Excellent location and excellent breakfast. In general, the staff and particular, a reception staff (slightly more mature than others) was extremely helpful. Unfortunately we did not note her name but she was at the desk on the early morning of Monday 21st when we left at 7am.

An excellent hotel....

the person in the recption (our reception) was been very very poilte. We think one of the few peson polite in the City.

Great Hotel , Clean Tidy , good food, great location and thanks to A-Prague.com for everthing and great transfer from and back to the airport, driver was just fab.

Unsere Antwort: Unfortunately, there was only a standard double room required. Rooms with a view are more expensive. Hotel is situated on the historical Old Town Square in the opposite of the famous Astronomical clock what could probably cause the noise.

I wouldn't even consider another hotel in Prague.

Everything very good except a little confusion what is the entrance to the hotel. It seems there are a couple of ways to get into different parts, without asking you cannot find your way.

I stayed for 6 days while attending a meeting in Prague. The location was just excellent, the hotel small and friendly, the rooms comfortable and clean, and the staff very accommodating and helpful. I would definitely stay here again, if in Prague.

I arranged for transport to and from the airport via the travel agency, and this was very convenient; driver was on time both coming and going.

Beautiful city. I recommend booking a room with a view if you can afford it.

We spent 4 days in September 2005, the best holiday we had in years.
It is a wonderful hotel from all aspects Wonderful renovated building at the best location in Prague – we didn’t have to spend time or money on transportation all what tourist needs in walking distance. Very very recommended.

My wife and I stayed in this great hotel at the same time as Bill and his wife. This hotel is within walking distance of all of the attractions. The staff at the hotel was super. Great eating establishments all around. Kudos to the staff at Athos Travel, very efficient. Would use their service and stay in this hotel every time.

This is a beautiful hotel with great staff. Breakfast in the morning is included and is of very high quality and variety. The location is the best- directly on Old Town Square. My wife and I stay for 7 nights and highly recommend this facility.

I was there with a band I manage to do some shows at the Arena. WOW, the hotel is beautiful, and the people are great. VERY accomodating. I will stay there EVERY single time I am in Prague.

This has got to be one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in for location - right in the centre of Prague in the Old Town Square and facing right opposite the Astronomical Clock.

The room was amazing with a huge 8 foot bed and a massive bathroom with a bath big enough for two!! The room was cleaned and fresh towels laid out daily. The breakfast was exceptional, with a four breakfast range to choose from plus an ambundance of other assortments including pastries, bread slices, jams, honey, pate, yoghurt, coffee, orange juice...I could go on!!

The reception staff were very welcoming and always smiling, which always makes a stay worth while.

I have travelled Europe a lot recently on short city breaks and this has got to be one of the best places I've stayed. I'm definately going to recommend it to all my friends and family.

My wife and I recently spent 5 nights here and loved every moment of our stay.
Our room could not be faulted especially for location with the view across the Square.
The breakfasts served downstairs really set us up for the days sightseeing, although the evening meal was not up to the standards of others taken.
Our taxi transfer was a good idea and Petr the driver was very friendly and helpful.
We intend to return to Prague and will have no hesitation in using the same Agency or Hotel again.

Excellent location (right next to the bank, restaurants, shops, right across the Astronomical clock). Great view of the Old Town. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good restaurant. Luxurious, clean, and comfortable accommodations. Great service.

I wish they had an elevator though.

We just got back from Prague. Spent 6 nights in a fabulous double room with a view of the square and the Astronomical clock. The room was spacious and clean. Vera and Lucia at the reception desk were so wonderfully helpful. Definitely great location and priceless view!

Thank you Petra for arranging our accommodations and airport transfers (and thanks to Alena for your help with our last minute travel changes).

We (x4) stayed in the Attic Apartment during the week including New Year's Eve 2003.

We arrived at approximately 2030hrs to find an extremely welcoming and magnificent lamp-lit apartment. Our jaws collectively dropped and stayed on the floor for a good 30 minutes! It was very clean and well presented.

The view from the apartment is perfect, directly overlooking the Astronomical Clock and Old Town Square. It can get a little noisy late at night though, but if you get smashed on Czech beer before going to bed, you won't notice!

The service was equally impressive; one day we left the apartment late at 1500hrs and returned to find that the rooms had been cleaned thoroughly.

If you do stay at the apartment, be sure to walk down the small passage to the left of the building upon exiting - you should find a 'Sex Museum' which is good for a laugh!

Altogether, a perfect place to stay in Prague.

Great location and views. We were in the attic suite, and this is the biggest bed we have seen (including our trips to the USA !). The top floor room in the attic suite is fabulous & well worth the money - it is huge. The photo's don't do it justice.

A little noisy at night - despite being quite hot - had to keep keep windows closed becuase of noise. But large fan provided to cool it down.
Staff very welcoming - and breakfast included was enough. Overall very good. very clean.

I just returned from Prague after spending 3 nights at the Apostolic Residence.
I have no words to express the pleasure I had. The hotel, was more than GREAT !!!!, clean, nice service, and the... .location. I could imagine how good the location was. I couldn't ask for better place.
I'm most grateful for the quality of service I got from you for picking the right place to be for a decant price.
No doubt, I will recommend anyone who is traveling Prague to work with you.

Absolutely beautiful rooms. We stayed in the double with a view over the Old Town Square.
The suite was spacious and spotless; both bedrooms filled with beautiful furniture and the views are priceless.
The bathrooms were so nice, with a shower room and a big jacuzzi bathtub.
We booked the attic room but it was double booked so although we were disappointed the hotel put a bottle of champagne on ice in our room to help ease the pain!
Definitely recommended.
