In addition to comments re hotel I would like to thank a-Prague for their co-operation and help with obtaining all necessary documents for my stay in Czech Republic.

Good hotel situated just 2 minutes walking from Charles Bridge, but in a quiet street. Large room, clean and confortable. Good breakfast.
Everything is near: as just said, Charles Bridge and all the other squares.

I shall not speak about the old and scrached furniture of the room, or for the old carpet on the floor, but i have to tell that 1)as my children are 17 and 20 years old, we insisted that we need a suit for 4 persons, but also this suit should have two shepparated rooms. So, there were two shepparated rooms but NO DOOR between them!!!!!!! 2)The photos in the link of the hotel have nothing to do with the reality! 3)We had not pressure at the shower and we could not wash our hair!!!! 4)they had promissed that we would have wireless internet in the room, and finally we had only wire internet and after the first day. So we needed internet for two of us at the same time, and it was impossible. Here i have to inform you that one of my sons had to make his applications for the univercities he intends to go , and there were deadlines these days, so internet access was very importand for him!
After all these problems, we had to hire one more double room for the last two nights (they hadn't any room free before)
and we paied extra money for this. At least at this room there was enough pressure at the shower and we managed to wash ourselves!
The breakfast was good enough, and the location was JUST PERFECT!

The best about this hotel is its location. Many attractions are withing walking distance.
Rooms are nice, spacious and clean. Staff at front desk were nice and helpful.
Breakfast was very good
Service was okay, but don't expect anything extraordinary.
The only drawback was the noise at night which came from the street and the bar next door.

The booking was made at very short notice ie @ 19.00 on a Monday with arrival at 14.30 the following day.A-Prague representative was very prompt in securing the accomodation.Hotel could not be faulted for location and the reception staff were very helpful and the information and assistance they gave totally accurate. Room was quite basic but clean and comfortable and the breakfast more than acceptable at the price. To stay right in the historical centre close to some excellent restaurants at this price means I would consider staying here again.

A simple, clean, quiet, affordable room with clean, comfy bedding in a lovely little hotel with helpful staff. Nothing amazing but nothing to complain of, and you can't beat the location on a quiet side street in the Old Town right off Bethlehem Square. Breakfast was simple but good -- only complaint (not a big deal once you know) was that the cook/cleaning woman at breakfast was brusque and annoyed with anyone who lingered in the breakfast room even one second past 10 a.m. (Guests assumed that breakfast served from 7-10 a.m. meant that as long as you got there before 10, you could sit and eat, but not according to her.)

Very good hotel for the cost. Excellent location being close to the Charles Bridge and within walking distance of all the main areas of interest. Friendly staff, and basic but clean and comfortable accomodation.

i found it absolutely fantastic it's situated in th perfect spot close enough to be next too everything but far enough so you don't hear it all night the food in the reataursnt IS THE BEST WE FOUND IN PRAGUE

What a wonderful hotel. The people working at the reception were efficient and very helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. You cannot get a better location than this especially for such a reasonnable price! I had a wonderful stay and I would recommend to anyone visiting Prague.

Stayed here in Sept. 2004 for 4 days. Excellent location. Hotel basis but very clean & comfortable, with spotless bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Staff extremely helpful. Would definitely stay there again. Had wonderful time.
