I was very pleased with my stay at Hotel Atos. I arrived incredibly early in the morning, and the staff at the reception desk were polite and friendly (and were even able to sell me public transportation tickets). The housekeeping staff quickly prepared my room so I was able to check in early. I also made use of the Ethernet jack in my room, which was a nice touch. The buffet breakfast offered a wide selection. Overall, I was very satisfied and plan to stay at this hotel again.

fantastic stay. weather was great...though a little to hot but the room came with a fan. couldnt hear a thing from other rooms and was glad of the fridge.

people were very friendly and the hotel was in a really great location.

When we arrived at the Atos Hotel it had been double booked and we had to transfer to another Hotel.
The alternative hotel was fine but was not happy about the double booking as the Atos was recommended to us.

We have stayed here on several occasions when we visit beautiful Prague. The reason we use your hotel is because the service is first class, clean tidy rooms and public areas. The breakfast if fantastic and varied. The location is perfect to walk quite easily to the new town or the charming old town. Trams can be located immediatley outside and the bar " Meduzzy " just by the lobby entrance is a brilliant place to eat or drink.

The hotel was spotlesslty clean,and staff were very friendly,however only a few had a good command of english which was difficult at times.we had a double room and it was very small not enough room to swing a cat.we organised a day trip to prague castle and at the end of the trip we were literally dumped in wenceslas square,neither the hotel staff or tour guide had told us this.I didnt think much of the continental breakfast and the orange juice was plain diluting and the had no english tea.

Nach einer Woche Studienfahrt in Prag war ich äußerst zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Lediglich am Frühstücksbuffet habe ich einen anständigen Kaffee vermisst, ansonsten war das Hotel spitze.
Die Lage ist optimal, Rezeption freundlich (deutsch und englisch) Service sehr ordentlich.

We went to Prague to spent a weekend with my wife. Room was very clean and the stuff helpfull.The location is very goog, near to the Old Town.

Preis- Leistungsverhältnis für ein Hotel in dieser Lage sehr gut. Service und Freundlichkeit liessen aber am 14.5.04 mehr als zu wünschen übrig. Das Hotel war überbucht, 1 Zimmer befand sich im Keller mit einem Lichtschacht als Fenster.
Eine Vorauszahlung der Zimmer wurde verlangt, obwohl alles mehrere Wochen im voraus bezahlt wurde. Erst nach Rücksprache mit dem Reisebüro in der Schweiz und einigen Faxbestätigungen wurden uns nach Stunden endlich die Schlüssel übergeben.
Einer Gruppe aus Norwegen erging es übrigens ebenso!! Sehr arrogante Receptionsbesetzung!

A really nice hotel that is in an excellent location and is a good value. We really appreciated the efforts of Sonia and Nadia to make our stay memorable.

Hallo, sehr gutes Hotel. Ich habe von 3 Sternen weniger erwartet. Die Stimmung ist super, die Lage des Hotels ist einmalig. Ich würde es weiter empfehlen.

An exellent quiet location very near to the center of Prague. Very good service for a three star hotel! The rooms are clean and the price reasonable for the quality. The breakfast was O.K. as well.

Die Lage des Hotels ist einmalig und ruhig, die Gestaltung der Zimmer freundlich. Frühstücksraum und -Buffet erinnern zu sehr an alte Jugendherbergszeiten...Erstaunlich : Nach der ersten Nacht keine gemachten Betten, innerhalb von 3 Nächten kein Handtuchwechsel, kein geputztes Bad o.ä.Bei der Frage nach "Service" großes Unverständnis an der englischsprachigen Rezeption - das bereits gerichtete Bett wurde dann aber nach der 2.Nacht neu gemacht...
