Very nice hotel, clean, exceptional situation and with a cool staff.

Concerning the transfer Service : Jan Seda is a very sympathetical guy !

Vårt svar: Hotel normally accepts credit cards and is sorry for the temporary indisposition of their acceptance.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Laundry service was overly expensive, not a good value.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Prague. Hotel Bila kuzelka (White Skittle) is lovely and in a great location. Our room was very nice and we had a great time.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful - definitely a cut above what you'd expect, even from a quality hotel. Our thanks to all.

We were very pleased with our stay at Bila Kuzelka. The hotel and the
rooms were nice and clean, and the service in the reception and the
breakfast room was at our satisfaction. Having a daughter studying in
Hradec Kralove I am sure I will be visiting Prague several times, and
the hotel will be our first choice. This visit was our second time in
Prague, but still there is much more to see. Concerts will be on our
agenda next time we will visit Prague.

Stayed here last december, just showed up and luckily got a room!

Compared to other places of a similar price this is the bees knees, the staff are friendly (and beautiful) and it is in a prime location

Lyhyt matka joka paikkaan , mutta silti rauhallinen sijainti.
Hyvin ystävällinen henkilökunta,kaunis avara huone,siisti,tunnelmallinen.

fantastisches kleines Hotel,
sehr liebevoll ausgestattet, sauber nett, zuvorkommend, leider kein unmittelbarer bewachter Parkplatz,
ideale Lage um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden,
kommen sehr gerne wieder

fantastic hotel, ideal location, helpfull staff, lovely food, cheap beer....what more can you say.
i advise you to take the transfer taxi option as well...saves waiting around at the airport and is only slightly more pricey than normal cabs.

The best location on the Charles Bridge with very hospitable staff and brilliantly quiet and romantic.
