When I asked for a Taxi I waited 45 minutes and arrived a Bus asking me double the normal price!

The room was directly on a street really noisy.

Bad internet point (no way to put any USB)

Our answer: Hotel apologizies for the inconveniences. Unfortunately, not all the hotel rooms can be situated to the yeard. Troubles with taxi were cause by bad traffic situation in Prague that day.
