Cancellation policy - New Year´s Eve (min. stay - 3 nights). In case of no show or cancellation less than 7 day before your arrival, the cancellation fee (cost of the first night) will be charged. Groups: no show or a cancellation 15 days prior to the date of arrival, cancellation fee will be charged (cost of the first night).

This residence offers warm and friendly welcome to business and holiday guests. Guests can always be sure of personal and caring services. Accommodation is provided in comfortable apartments at a reasonable price.

The reception is opened from 8am until 8pm. Guests have access to  Internet available at the reception. Other services include daily housekeeping, laundry, money exchange, safe at the reception.

Guests enjoy buffet breakfast each morning.
