Im März 2006 haben wir für Sie das 4-Sterne-Hotel U Kočků neu eröffnet. Es liegt direkt am Königsweg in der Straße Karlova. Es befindet sich im Palais U Kočků zusammen mit einem Restaurant, dem Schwarzen Theater und dem traditionellen Tschechischen Kabarett. Das Hotel U Kočků bietet über 33 geräumige und mit stilvollem Möbel luxuriös ausgestattete Zimmer – von Einzelzimmern bis hin zu Familienappartements für 4 Personen. Alle Zimmer verfügen über Internetanschluss und selbstverständlich einen Fernseher mit 100 Satellitenprogrammen. Zur Übernachtung gehört natürlich auch ein reichhaltiges Frühstück in Büfettform im ruhigen Ambiente des Hotelrestaurants, in welchem sich die Gäste auch ganztätig á la carte verpflegen können.

    Would definitely go back and would recommend to friends/family. Went with my sister and sister-in-law and we all thought Athos travel who we made our reservation through were also excellent and are really impressed with the overall service. It also made my first trip to Prague go smoothly and made it all the more enjoyable.

    Positives

    • A superb location within walking distance to most main sightseeing attractions.
    • Clean towels daily, friendly helpful staff.
    • Rooms were really spacious and comfortable.
    • Security good at night.

    Negatives

    • Only small downside was that breakfast was supposed to be available until 10:30 but there was often a shortage of food and lack of cups etc before 10:00am.

    laundry was a rip off and so was the 'internet access', one computer which you paid for 'by the hour', meaning once clock starts ticking you could not stop it, which would have been nice to know before we used only 10 min of the time and then decided to use more later... staff slightly condescending.
